ABOUT US
The Hike Japan community is focused on providing information about hiking long distance trails in Japan. After starting my hike of the Tokai Nature Trail in 2017 I saw how many more trails there were to hike in Japan, and how sparse the resources were for English speakers.
After writing my book on the Tokai Nature Trail I decided to make a website devoted to all the long distance trails in Japan. My personal goal is to provide information about each long distance hike. This is an ongoing project, and I welcome help and support from other hikers. Currently only the Tokai Nature Trail has a complete English Guide.
