I first time camping was when I started the Tokai Nature Trail in 2017. From there I saw how many more trails there were to hike in Japan, and how sparse the resources were for English speakers. After writing my book on the Tokai Nature Trail I decided to make a website devoted to all the long distance trails in Japan.  I originally created the
